MD & DO 3.8 cGPA, 3.7 sGPA & 505 MCAT - Help with school list? Retake?

Retake in August is next to useless for MD schools.
SUNYs from what I've been told often tend to average multiple scores. That can make the MD path more difficult for you.
Nonetheless try the SUNYs, NYMC, Albany and a handful of OOS schools with a 10th percentile around 28-29 or lower that are OOS friendly(ie Creighton, MCW etc)
Youll be fine for DO schools.

Thanks Rath! I'm concerned that the 124 in CARS and PS will be a big red flag for DO schools though? (would very much like entrance for the ones in NY). Any particular schools you think I should consider? (I have no idea what schools I should be applying to atm). Do you advise retaking it in August and then adding more DO schools in september when scores are out? Or just add more DO schools now and let em know I'm retaking? On a side note...being a non-trad with this darn test looming over my head for the past few years is making me feel like a failure at life lol.

You are competitive for most DO schools so consider these:

TOURO-NY
PCOM
LECOM
UNECOM
MU-COM
WVSOM
