I just took the COMLEX (ahembulls**t examachoo), and now I have three days to prep for the USMLE. What advice would you guys give about what to focus on for it? In other words, is the general consensus that there's a lot of peds and obgyn? Is there a particular aspect of Internal Medicine (i.e Cardiology) I should focus on? Is there a lot of Biostatistics? I've done 80% of the USMLE World questions - Should I go back thru and study those or should I go back thru First Aid and read that? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

how are you doing on UWORLD?

I'm at 64%, finished 80% of the questions (am planning on 'triaging' Hem/Onc so I can go back thru incorrect questions). I figure I can probably go thru like 200 questions per day. Is there any areas of UWorld I should focus on specifically? It seems like 'Emergency situations' (i.e. post-MVA) seems to be high yield. Also, I've heard cardio and pulm are good sections to go over. How much Obgyn and Peds is there? I just took the COMLEX and there was a LOT of Obgyn...

I never did them by sections. I think random is probably better anyways. No one can say for sure what subjects will be more heavily represented on your exam...I'm sorry I can't be more help. Maybe someone else has a differing opinion with better advice??

It's alright, I appreciate your input and help...I'm just at that point of '2 days before the exam and stressing a little bit'! Gonna go hit up peds....
