I have a letter from an MD, letter from my Research Mentor/TA supervisor, and a committee letter which includes three letters from my professors and an overall letter from the committee, are these sufficient LORs?

I would suggest trying to receive a LOR from a DO, I have been told it wont negatively impact you if the school does not require it, but it also can help you.

As mentioned below, the lack of a DO letter limits some of the schools you can apply to. This has been discussed to death so I'm not going to go into detail

Yes, I guess I should have specified. Is 1 LOR for EC good, or do I need more EC letters? Like club advisors, etc?

A committee letter is plenty for MD schools! Don't send us more.
If you want to add a DO letter for DO schools, that is fine.
