Hi All,

I"m currently working as a part time rph and my position has now opened up to a FT and also opened to the public. I had my phone interview again with the DM and in a couple of days, I will be interviewing with my partner (PIC), dm and store manager. I don't really know how to prepare and some part of me think I won't get the job regardless that I worked their PT for a while. Me and the PIC have diff opinions on how to maintain and practice CS. I have my theories that he wants a better partner. I didn't realize working as a FT takes this much interviewing? Any personal experience or suggestions?

Depends on the company and how desperate they are to fill the position.

Normally going from PT to FT does not take that much interviewing. It is in your case, because it sounds like your PIC does not want you working their full time. I would concentrate most on convincing your DM and the SM that you should be full-time...its unlikely you are going to sway your PIC, but if you are a solid employee, your DM & SM will probably explain to your PIC why you should be the logical candidate.
