3 out of 4 letters arrived at Interfolio..When to submit them to AADSAS?

I thought I knew the answer, but I am getting confused after reading a few threads. My app is e-submitted without any LOR. I have three letters out of 4 letters I requested in Interfolio. My plan was to wait for the last letter to arrive at Interfolio and send ALL 4 letters to AADSAS. However, I read a thread saying that AADSAS won't mail out app unless it has at least one letter. Is that true? Does that mean that I need to send the three letters I have first and send the last one later when I get it?
My app will most likely be in the 2nd mailing batch but the letter from my PI is holding up my application!!🙁

Mail out the three letters from interfolio to AADSAS, and ask your PI to electronically submit the letter to AADSAS. This way, nothing is holding other things.

Do you need this if your health advisory committee keeps all your LORs in their system?

Mail out the three letters from interfolio to AADSAS, and ask your PI to electronically submit the letter to AADSAS. This way, nothing is holding other things.

I thought about this, sending three letters through AADSAS and ask my PI to submit the letter to AADSAS directly. The only thing is if I have to apply again next year, if that happens I would have to ask my PI for letter again. But....I think I am going to do that if my PI doesnt submit within next week. Thanks for your help!
