Hi everyone!

I have some questions that I would like to ask. They are separated questions, but I do not want to flood the forum with 3 different posts. I decided to integrate them into one post.

Q1:

I have an interview scheduled with USC postbac this coming week. Perhaps someone here can share what was asked on the interview? From the posts on the same topics that I had read, it seemed like the interview is mostly informal where both side try to get to know each other. Is there anything more specific that someone here can share?

Q2:

Aside from USC, I have also applied to JHU and Scripps. What are my chances of hearing back from them? My qualification are listed below.

B.S. @ UC, Berkeley (graduated)
double major: Electrical Engineering and Computer Science
Material Science and Engineering
GPA: 3.3 cumulative

Master @ UC, San Diego (graduated)
major: Electrical and Computer Engineering with with emphasis on nanoscale system
GPA: 3.6 cumulative

Research on physic and nanoscale system from senior year of undergrad through grad school to now.

I got credit for AP chem to substitute for 1st semester of gen. chemistry. I had taken 2nd semester of gen. chemistry in 2004/2005. Did 1 semester of bio last semester @ Berkely (2007). No point to mention math/physic as my background requires these. no other prerequisite courses taken.

SAT: above 1400 below 1500 (out of 1600)
GRE: 1490 out of 1600

Very weak volunteering experience, as I just started recently.

Q3:

Should I bother applying to Columbia? I started the application but did not complete it yet. Also, would it be too late to apply for Goucher? I am tempted to do it, based on the feedback that I gathered on the forum. What other programs would people here recommend? Location/Cost is not exactly an issue for me, but time is of essence. I would prefer to get into a med school sooner.

Thanks for helping me out.
