It's okay...you've still got time. I know 3 weeks doesn't seem like a lot, but its actually a good amount of time. In this period of time, it is definitely possible to review FA thoroughly 2x and finish Uworld. As you memorize and learn how to apply FA knowledge, your scores will begin to improve. I think you still have time to raise your scores to the 60-65% range on Uworld. This would enable you to get >215 on the actual exam. Try to set a goal of thoroughly reading at least 50-60 pages a day of FA along with focused questions (as opposed to random, mixed) on Uworld. During the 2nd pass of FA you can realistically cover >100 pages a day and finish FA in about 3.5-4 days. I think this will get you on your way. Also feel free to review any additional sources, but I feel FA and Uworld are what you need at this point. GL, and hope this helps.

don't know how high yield that would be.

I disagree. the mid 40's are very very low, and there is a HUGE difference between scoring mid 40's and mid 60's. In fact, there is a huge difference between scoring mid 40's and mid 50's. This will NOT be an easy task to completely in 3 weeks. The fact that you are scoring so low is an indicator that you are lacking in preclinical knowledge. you need to focus on making sure you know the information. Take an NBME and see where you are at. If you are not within 10 points of passing I would not take the test in 3 weeks. better late than failed.
