I was wondering if there was a list of the 3 year obgyn residency programs. I heard BCM is one, what about other ones (if there are any)? Thanks.

I think you might have some misinformation, all accredited Ob/gyn residencies are 4 years. Fellowships are 3 years; at least Urogyn, MFM, REI, & Gyn onc are.
