With a 3.4 cGPA and <3.0 sGPA, the bottom line is you're spreading yourself too thin. While theoretically you may be passionate about your film minor, and having a gold star saying you graduated with honors status, none of that matters if you aren't performing well academically. If your goal is to make it into med school then you have to make protecting your GPA the priority, not accumulating lines on your college transcript that are ultimately not going to get you closer to your goal.
