has anyone gotten acceptances or interview with anything less than a 19 on the PAT section? im sad 🙁 cuz i didnt

This has been discussed many times...look on predents and old threads and you will find a lot of people that have, including me.

many many people.....in my opinion the PAT really doesnt do much. A great score (20+) wont' really get you in...but a crappy score (16-) could potentially keep you out...its not your 19, thats a good PAT score....a 16 in QR and 17 in Gchem like me...now THAT will keep you out...good luck

There's a lot of things besides PAT that are more important. Like GPA, statement and recommendations.

Me.

I don't think it's the PAT. If PAT was such a big thing, I think a lot of people wouldn't have gotten in.

PAT means crap for most schools and besides, a 19 is really good on the PAT. I have gotten into schools and invited to interviews everywhere i applied to (except UMDNJ...what the hell is their problem?). I got an 18 on PAT. I know people with 17, 16, 15, even 14 on the PAT who have gotten accepted. AA and GPA is way more impt than PAT for most schools.

18 on PAT and a 14 on QR here. Highlights were a 23 in reading and a 29 in ochem, 21 in Bio.

seeing as the average PAT score for most schools is 18, and an average can range quite a bit...I would say, yes, a lot do.
