I need help making sure my list is balanced enough. My biggest worry is that my extracurriculars are not strong enough.
Should I add more OOS schools..I was reluctant to do so
Also, I'm at 25 schools right now and I'd like to shave it down to around 17-20.

Any comments/suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Ok thanks, maybe I should get rid of that one.
Any other advice on my list?

Besides Baylor, that's a good list. I personally wouldn't apply to Drexel (and I'm a PA resident) but that's just because out of all of the philly med schools I like it the least. Jefferson will be your best bet as they give preference to DE residents (don't ask me why though). Just be warned though that all of the PA schools have high tuition (especially if you're OOS), so if you do go to one pick the school that offers you the highest scholarship.

Is there any reason why you didn't apply to any "reach" schools?
