Anyone in NorCal want to earn some cash? I need someone who can gross, perfer residents or postsoph types with lots of experience. I can supervise tough stuff so dont worry. You will have your own office, scope, can preview, write up cases etc. Just like being a resident. You dont need a California license. This is straight 8-5, you can even sleep in until 10 if you want and party in SF at night. I dont care. I can provide lodging at my place within walking distance of the hospital. I would pay as you as subcontractor 1500 bucks a week. You pay your own flight in/out of SF/OAK/Sac. Week by week, but I need someone asap. PM me if interested, please include a CV.

Damn dude...that's not a bad deal (especially with the lodging...care to put up a family of 4? ). I wish I was closer...I'd love to help out.

In a related note, the pathologists here (SoCal) are trying to get me to do the same as an independant contractor in the months preceding residency. I wonder if I'll bite? 😉

Damn yo...now that is an interesting moonlighting opportunity! If I was doing residency on the west coast, I might have actually taken you up on this.

Yeah, I need someone like asap and unfortunately wont be able to get a real boarded pathologist through credentialing in under 2 months...but I could really use a solid resident or fellow. I will let this thread linger for a day or so to see if there is any interest. If you ever wanted to see private prac, now is your chance, Im currently "one man" operating (not for long tho) what is basically a 3-4-man group situation, i.e. very busy..

I wish it were that easy. Plus, I'm not gonna screw over my colleagues by pulling off some crap like that. Anyways, I'm on elective rotations now so I gotta stay here and learn this stuff...or I'll never learn it.
