Okay,
I dont know if I actually NEED to tell people this but you cannot submit a business/contract proposal with names of principals/agents of the principals without their knowledge.
Someone actually submitted a pathology contract with my name on it and didnt even consult me first. I received an interesting phone call from a hospital CEO thanking for being on a proposal Ive never heard of....mkay folks that is fraud. I cant write a proposal for services or biz and just slap Juan Rosai's name on it because it sounds impressive neither can you just list people as references that dont know you....common sense maybe but apparently there are pathology groups that dont realize this....
