You can apply wherever...Your GPA is pretty good, and MCAT is amazing. I think it depends on your ECs. If you have great ECs, I think you can apply anywhere.
 
You are pretty much "qualified" to apply to any of the schools. Because of your GPA I would recommend applying to a fairly broad range of schools, but don't exclude those top schools you really like.

It may be harder for you to get into schools with that GPA, but they won't take a look at your app and laugh. You have the potential to get into any school you want to go to if your ECs, LORs, Essays and Interview are great. Don't worry about your GPA because you can't change that as easily. Focus on what you can do.
