There is very little financial support/scholarships available for medical students. Usually you would take out educational loans to pay for this, and then as a physician be able to pay them back. As far as I know, Xavier participates in the US federal loan program. If you're not a US citizen, that won't be an option. Bottom line is that we'd need to know more about your situation to advise you.
The military is sometimes an option for funding, but not for international schools I think?
That said, "transferring" to Xavier is usually not a great idea. It ususally means you've run into problems at another medical school, and you may find that those problems haunt you into residency placement.
