I am a third year DO student considering applying to OB/GYN. I was wondering if and what type of research would best help me apply for OB/GYN residencies.
First of all, you don't need to have done research to apply to residencies (it helps but not a requirement for the majority of programs). Secondly, I think any well-designed and well-written clinical or bench research that is related to medicine is good enough. It's even better if it is published in a reputable peer-reviewed journal.
