Anyone else out there feel like they can't stop thinking about the next step (applying for away sub-Is, applying to residency, step 2, interviewing), and no longer able to focus on the now?

Since Jan 1 I can't focus on the same old 3rd year stuff day in and day out- doing busy work all month, trying to please random residents in fields you are not interested in, and studying for these shelves.. To the point that I have ADHD and massive procrastination.

I hope I'm not the only one, or I'm definitely doomed for the next 6 months...

(Yes this thread has no real purpose, yet illustrates my current problem)

Same here....pretty much over third year. Plus I want some financial independence from student loans.

Third year is really starting to get to me, but it's mainly about my hopes/expectations as far as grades go not matching reality.

I worry constantly about not matching what I want to match in.

I agree as well. I'm rapidly reaching the point where I no longer care about playing stupid games in order to keep my evaluation grades up.
