Dear collegues, i need details about how to manage a 4D scan of a pancreatic tumor done on a GE CT-sim and than exported to eclipse, to be treated on a truebeam VARIAN machine. what is the best thing to do : gated or draw an ITV. in both cases , where to do the contouring : on the free breathing scan or the average series or the MIP? and than what to do?\
i ll be so grateful to have as much as details as possible and if there s references that i can read , it will be helpfull.
