What do you guys think if "Clinical Anesthesiology" by Morgan and Mikhail? Appropriate for a fourth year medical student?
start reading from the beginning? or hit the chapter on inhaled anesthestics first?

Also, in my clinical anesthesia procedures of the mass. gen. hospital there is a chapter called evaluating the patient before anesthesia. is this a pretty good reference for pre-op's? want to hit the ground running on my first day of my first anesthesiology rotation -- I imagine my job as a med student will be pre-op's for whatever resident I am assigned to..is that the way most programs are?
