Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone knew about any domestic and international small animal/equine externships that are available to US vet students in their 4th year clinical rotations.

I'm currently a second year but am interested in going abroad in my 4th year for an externship.

Any help or ideas about where to go to find this information of any contacts you might know of would be greatly appreciated (especially if you've already done an externship)! Thanks!

I have a good friend that is doing an internship in San Diego training dolphins and sea lions (not exactly the small animal/equine you asked fo) and they also offer a vet student internship. Here's the link: http://www.spawar.navy.mil/sandiego/technology/mammals/interns.html

He really loves it and it's something that I think would be awesome to do.
