Does anyone know which residencies have 4 year programs (i.e. internship is tied to PM&R residency)? THe only ones I know of are UNC, UPenn, and a portion at RIC...

Look them up on Freida. When you run your search, there is a tab for "optional criteria" where you can choose "offers prelim year"

I believe there are about 17 programs that offer categorical spots.
