Awesome scores bud!! How were Chads videos, did they help you get those scores in the chemistries?? Also what were your practice test scores in all these areas?? Great job! definitely apply.

Congrats! Those scores are to die for in my opinion! 🙂 Your GPAs are on the lower end though..... so make sure you look at the cut-offs of the schools you want to apply to. Most schools, I believe, have a sGPA cut-off at around 3.0. There are like a few that have a cut-off of sGPA 2.75. Nonetheless, you don't know what will happen unless you apply... so APPLY to the right schools.

One question though, how much longer were the passages on the real DAT compared to CDR? CDR has about an average of 15 paragraphs per passage from what I remember.... So I'm guessing the real DAT must have 20+ per passage?

Topscore 1&2 i erased the scores few times. But if i remember correctly, the first time i did topscore1 about a month before the exam,and did topscore2 about 2 weeks before the exam. 3rd one a week before the exam

bio: 14 17 16
chem:17 19 20
OC: 16 18 20
PAT: 23 24 23
RC: 19 20 didnt do
Math:23 25 didnt do


and Chad's video is awesome. The best 50bucks ive ever spent in my life. Chad is the only sole reason i got 30 in chem. b/c i did very poorly in my chem class

hahah.. i noticed you went up quite a bit from your practice tests that is awesome! I have been doing poorly on mine (15-16) do you think I should be worried? I have gone thru chads and am doing destroyer but mannn I dont know what to do for bio????? I really love watching things too bad chad doesnt cover bio!

plus, i didnt use the restroom during the break, and starting from RC section, i started to get very uncomfortable, and i started to reminisce reading one of the threads about wearing a diaper to the test. LOL.

hahahaha i wonder if anyone has ever really done that?

Congrats amazing scores, I say dont worry to much about the RC and QR i think the PAT, AA, and TS scroes are the most important. But I'm in the same boat as you my GPA is around that range to, and I have yet to take the DAT but ive been doing the same things as you and I hope to score a 23 if not better. I hope everything works out for you, just make sure your LOR's and personal statement are killer. And start preping for the interviews 😉 alrighty good luck.

How long did you spend studying total? I'm at about 1.5 months out, and going through Chad's and the AP Bio book is making me feel pretty good about things, but I don't want to get complacent

I'm in the same boat as you academically and science GPA wise, which I've been super stressed about. But seeing that someone with similar GPA as me can get such a good DAT score in a similar amount of study time gives me some hope because I plan to take it in around a month too.
