5 y/o LOR?

Hello and thank you to anyone who takes the time to answer this. I have an LOR from a DO that was written 5 years ago and I still have on file. Would it be a waste of time to use it? I am in the process of trying to contact this doctor.

Letters uploaded by applicants are usually frowned upon. 🙂 Contact the DO, buy him or her lunch, update on your accomplishments since, and ask for an updated letter. Offer the old on incase they don't have it and get contact info to put in for an official letter request.
