Hello, looking for some advice as my MCAT retake score came back but I still did poorly on CARS.

1. cGPA and sGPA as calculated by AMCAS or AACOMAS -- 3.7 and 3.77
2. MCAT score(s) and breakdown -- 506 (129/122/128/127) and 509 (127/123/128/131)
3. State of residence or country of citizenship (if non-US) -- CA
4. Ethnicity and/or race -- Filipino

6. Clinical experience (volunteer and non-volunteer) --scribing, surgical mission volunteer
7. Research experience and productivity -- thesis and 3 years of experience
8. Shadowing experience and specialties represented -- internist, OB/Gyn, ER, and General Surgery
9. Non-clinical volunteering -- horseback riding therapy, non-profit co-founder, ER volunteer
10. Other extracurricular activities -- culinary intern, sales associate, teaching assistant, Quest Diagnostic COVID testing lab associate

How many hours of scribing and shadowing do you have ?

@Faha i have been scribing for the past 8 months. i have around 512 hours. for formal shadowing hours i have around 35 hours. but that is not including the shadowing hours i have accumulated when i volunteered at a surgical mission, interned at an ER, or scribed.
