Duke, UCSF, Michigan and NYU are reaches. Stony Brook and SUNY Downstate prefer NY residents. You could apply to all the other Category 4-7 schools on your list but add more schools where you could receive an interview such as:
GW
Georgetown
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
NYMC
Oakland Beaumont
Quinnipiac

Update with a new list:

Einstein
EVMS
Emory
Dartmouth
GWU
Georgetown
Hofstra (Is this school considered risky because of recent accreditation? If so, replace with Drexel)
Icahn
Keck
Temple
Loyola (Skeptical to apply here because 135/8000 OOS were interviewed, thoughts? If too risky, replace with NYMC)
Mayo
NYU
Ohio St
Penn St
St Louis
Thomas Jefferson
Brown
Tufts
Tulane
Miami
U Michigan
Pitt
UVA
VCU
V Tech
Wake Forest
Western Mich

I've got 3 or 4 reaches, but I think there are several schools I should receive interviews to.
What are you thoughts? @Goro @gyngyn @WedgeDawg
Thanks for any input!

I suggest:

Einstein
EVMS
Emory
Dartmouth
GWU
Georgetown
Hofstra This is NOT risky.
Keck
Temple
Loyola (Skeptical to apply here because 135/8000 OOS were interviewed, thoughts? If too risky, replace with NYMC)
St Louis
Thomas Jefferson
Tufts
Tulane
Miami
VCU
V Tech
Wake Forest
Western Mich

ADD: U WV, Oakland-B, Rochester, Loyola, Keck, Albany, NYMC, Creighton, Drexel, BU, U VM, any DO school (starting with VCOM, but forget LUCOM).

Maybe I missed something but with URM status couldn't you apply almost anywhere with those stats?
It will depend on the community and evidence of commitment to service.
OP did not indicate either.

If that is your only MCAT, I count 13 schools where you have a fair to good chance at an interview.
That's usually enough.

Meaning this being his one MCAT is a good thing?
