I think you should be fine. If you want to apply to more schools, aim high! You have good state schools in Michigan that should accept you and so you can afford to apply to more of the "for kicks" schools if you want. If you enjoy research, I recommend Cornell, Duke, Stanford, or UPenn. Good luck! 🙂
 
I might send my app to a few more! I got like 10 secondaries last week so I'm overwhelmed and it seems hard to get them out quickly while writing well. I'm not an amazing writer by any means. Do you know of any that don't have much if any secondaries?


I'm nervous about my ECs, it seems like it's not enough compared to some of the other people around here and the horror stories of people not getting in are getting to me. Any recommended OOS schools that don't favor in state?
You could try schools such as Tufts, Boston University, Einstein, Mount Sinai.

you have a far above average chance at theoretically any med school you want. You will get into one of your top picks
