Get your clinical volunteering hours up to 200 if you can; the scribing might or might not compensate for the low clinical volunteering hours. I don't think you need to apply DO unless you want to; your stats are Harvard-grade and your lack of clinical exposure really killed you before. Also get primary care shadowing and leave the medical mission trip off your application; it looks like medical tourism. Good luck; as it is, you're a good MD candidate.

@JustTooLit Only having 30 hours of clinical experience killed this person dead. If they'd had 300 hours, they'd probably have been accepted somewhere by now.
