what should b the correct size n characteristic of nerve fibre tat conduct sensory input of pain from oro-facial region?

small diameter, unmyelinated

Plamid mediated antibiotic resistance is observed in all except
staph aureus
strep pyogenes

Monosymaptic jaw closing reflexes might b disrupted in ?
motar nucleus of 5 [ans given]
mesencephalic nucleus of 5 ??

jaw closing reflexes are controlled by the periodontal mechanoreptors then y motar nuclues ???

2.lingual cusp of tooth #5 is broken mostly in which mand movement during trauma?
left mesiotrussive [ ans]
right mesiotrussive
right laterotrusive
left laterotrusive
plzz explain guys ???

bcoz synapses occur in motor pathway and periodontal mechanoreceptors initiate the reflex if they get stimulated.

bcoz mandibular 1 premolar lingual cusps are very short as compared to buccal cusps

major target tissues of calcium regulating hormones ?
bone,heart,kidney
bone,intestine,kidney

about the vasa recta, am not too sure....just know that it carries blood v.slowly and is a likely place of thrombosis too...

hi, cud u xplain this more?? wut does man 1 prem has to do with tooth num #5?? thats the max right 1 prem right?

role of calcium in activation of cardiac muscle ?
a. couple myosin n actin to form actinomyosin
b. activate myosin molecules so tat they interact wit actin filaments

During oxidative phosphorylation, proton gradient is created using energy from
a. ATP hydrolysis
b. reduction of NAD

Production of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase is stimulated by
cortisol
insulin

hi could u elaborate a little more if possible.it still doesnt make any sense

which feature of max LI complicate the root planning?
masial concavity
distolingual groove

DL cusp of right mand 1 molar is fractured with opposing max molar during rt lateral excursion .most lokely location of interference?
lingual surface of max lingual cusp
facial surface of max lingual cusp
lingual surface of max facial cusp
facial surface of max facial cusp

Plzz explain ..

when viewed sagitally, which teeth will have long axis least perpendicular to occlusal plane?
mac CI
mand 1 molars

i m almost sure about it becoz u see during right lateral excursion lingual cusps of rt max posteriors pass thru the lingual grooves of the mand rt post teeth...keeping that in view it shd be the only ans.if u try doing it in ur mouth

when r nerve fibres hypoexcitable?
