Senior M&M major, always wanted a career in the medical field but didn't exactly know where. As a result, I slacked off a bit until I discovered dentistry, and so my transcipt is a bit spotty. I'll be applying for the 2008 cycle. Currently I have a 3.2 GPA (3.1 BCP) and I'm set to graduate this summer, so at best I might pull a 3.35ish and 3.2 BCP.

Which isn't exactly where I'd like to be. I'm wondering if I should take that GPA and run with it, or stay for the fall '07 semester to help bring up the GPA and prove myself? Suggestions?

Thanks 😀

I'll probably graduate in the same position as you, debating a fifth year or post bacc or 1 year masters.

apply anyways...you here of people getting in with those same stats all the time, and just be ready to enroll in some more upper division science class or post bac program in the fall regardless of if you get an interview in august or not.

Hey Vapor,

I just sent you a PM, but thought I'd say it again.... apply anyways, do well on your DAT and get your app in early!

Good Luck!😀
