Wow, I had no idea how many pms I would be getting when I first posted on this thread. Apparently this schedule is very popular but I can't sit there emailing people this file all day, it's gotten ridiculous. So I asked a friend of mine to help me upload it to a site so people can download it themselves, saves me a lot of time and also helps everyone out. So here's the link:

Oh and for the sake of me going through all this trouble can someone tell me if this schedule has actually been helpful to them? Is there anyone out there that actually stuck to the schedule? I know I tried it but couldn't stick to it. Anyway good luck everyone!
