Hi there

I have just 6 weeks to the test and I don't think I am near to be prepared yet.
I need some expert advise about which is more important to study now and which are the average weight of some of the step 1 test content to be able to do at least 230. I need to study what will probably be more extensively covered in the test.
I already studied Immuno, microbiology, behavioral, part of pathology. But I forgot a lot of it already. Great!:scared:
Anatomy is not a problem to me.
I still need to study physiology, part of pathology, and all First Aid 2008,....
Help!

GOLJAN, hands down 9/10 People will tell u that, a simple google search will help you find any information u need to know about Goljan and Rapid Review Pathology for Step 1.

and what if you didn't cuz the "teacher" SUCKED!??? 🙁

Don't blame it on your teachers..if you do then you never wanted to succeed as bad some of your colleagues. You need to teach yourself and invest more time relearning concepts you have confused...no time for excuses get the job done.

ok how do you 'review' for pathophys? ie what material is good to review.

you can take 1 of 2 routes:
1. Kaplan Home Study series (books 3+4).
2. Goljan materials (books and audio)

there are books out there (pathophys for boards and wards, pathophys made rediculously simple), but I havent heard anything about them and thus wouldn't recommend them (after all, the latter book is written by a couple of my classmates 🙁🙁🙁)
