Wondering who else is graduating this june? I am counting down the 6 weeks and can hardly believe it. I look back and do not know how I made it. Looking back at ochem and NMR, MCAT and fluid physics, the endless hours of studying and then residency.

I feel like I am at the end of a marathon and about to collapse! But exciting-who else is graduating?

Congratulations!

I'll technically be graduating in the sense that I'll have enough training under my belt that I could stop my child fellowship and be able to sit for adult boards. Love child, so I'll be at it a bit longer. But nice to know I have the option! It's been a long four years, but well worth it.

Hey short term pain for big bucks-if I liked kids I would be all over that! Fortunately for me no subspeciality was in the end tempting or interesting so I really felt I accomplished to my max potential without going unfufilled not doing something .

Congrats to all those graduating soon-we all know what a trip its been! Here here to some autonomy!

Hi Chimed good to know you are in child psych. am very interested in child too but undecisive at this time. Wondering if it is worth it financially to do child psych for the extra one year.I will appreciate any input please

OMG, I finally get it. You're graduating residency and you landed your first real job. You're scared and nervous. You come this forum to boost your self esteem anonymously and prove to yourself that you are smart, but you're still frightened Of the prospect of practicing on your own when the buck stops with you. You're going to be okay. You're a good doctor. You'll get through this. I hope you called your mom on mother's day, she's truly proud of you.
