I have a private room in a very clean 2 br apartment few min walk to the L train station which is around 20 min to 14 st/union sq in Manhattan. The apartment is in very good safe and nice location. it is in the second floor of a family house. room has a window and a build in closet. both rooms are in a completely separate with the living room in the middle. kitchen is fairly big and it fits a dine in table. it also has a very nice clean spacious bathroom. hardwood floors all over.
you will be sharing the apartment with one male who works full time in one of the hospitals. basically I am looking for a quiet clean considerate person who will pay the rent on time as I am not making profit out of this.. Just looking to save money and live a no drama-peaceful routine.
