Yes, Relay for Life would count as non-clinical volunteering. You could also count it as leadership experience. Ideally, I think adcoms put a higher priority on having at least some clinical experience. But, non-clinical experience is good have just to show that you are involved in the community in addition to spending time at a hospital.
 
Yes, definitely add it if you have space. It's great to be involved in the community outside the hospital, and I'm sure you've gained a lot of leadership experience as well. Especially since you have a lot of clinical volunteering, it's a nice supplement that shows you are well-rounded!

Besides the "how does it look on my application" part of it... doing something that means a lot to you and makes a positive difference is always great 🙂
 
Hey I volunteer for the ACS too 🙂 But differently.
