If you have a 3.9 gpa and a 19AA, you shouldn't even worry!!!

You got a solid app, but that RC 14 is dangerous, call some schools up and ask some questions.

Shot of reality... 3.9 GPA with a 14 RC is going to be a GIANT red flag to adcoms.

Retake. If you have a 14 in any grade chances are that first of all you are going to miss school cutoffs. Also they will want to know how you have such a high GPA and a low RC. If it was a 17 you would be ok but a 14 is too low i believe. Might as well apply because it is really too late to retake and apply again for this year but i would count on getting alot of interviews. Sorry bud i hate to be the mean one but yah gotta be realistic.
