Hi guys
I took DAT today! and finally it is OVER!!!

PA: 19 (76.8)
QR: 20 (87.3)
RC: 17 (26.3) 😱 26.3?????????? so worried....
Bio: 21 (91.8)
GC: 21 (87.3)
OC: 29 (100.0)

TS: 22 (96.1)
AA: 22 (95.9)

PA: I thought I would get much higher mark. 🙄 It was similar to CDP
but I think keyhole was harder than CDP.

QR: I had to guess two questions (ran out of time)
I used DAT destroyer math section and Kaplan BB.

RC: This is my WEAKEST section and I didn't know how to prepare. I had a FRAP similar type of question on Bio section, so I thought I would get the scary ethic passage, but I didn't. I'm a slow reader and I was kinda panic becasue I had 23 questions on first passage (usually there are 17 questions per each passage though).

Bio: Like everyone said, random questions. I memorized all different type of phylums and classes, but I only had one question 😡

GC: Few calculation questions and mostly conceptual questions.

OC: I was surprised when i saw my mark. straightforward.


I bought Topscore and Achiever a week ago

NICE! All competitive scores except the RC. The percentage for RC is much lower than you expected right? I was kinda puzzled with my RC percentile as well. Unfortunately, that meant people tend to do better on RC than any other section. Damn those people whose native tongue is English.

My native tone is English and yet i still could figure out the damn tone questions of my DAT. It is not dependent on what language you speak or how well you read, it depends on what passage you get.

I got a 660 on Verbal on my SAT which was like 93%, yet i cant read anymore on the DAT, and i get an 18. No its just that i got the horrible piano passage.

A 93% against people who might not even go to college isn't as good as 20% against people aiming to go to D-school 🙂

19 is fine. It won't help or hurt.
