I've heard med school like longevity working at one organization. So that helps that you have stayed committed to your volunteer positions. I don't have too much more volunteering than you and I honestly think it is sufficient. As long as you can comment on what you have learned and how you have helped, the experiences you listed are enough. Some people have ridiculous volunteering and I applaud that, but it's not necessary for med school. It certainly helps them, but as long as your numbers are good and you have other activities (research, work, leadership, etc.) you're fine.
 
Sorry to double post, but basically what I was saying is that it probably won't dramatically hurt or help your application. There's not much you can do now to change it (assuming you're applying this cycle), so just make sure you do well on your PS, secondary essays, and interview to maximize your chances. Good luck!
