I would call each school and tell them so they can make a note of it on your app

i emailed all the schools I applied to and told them I would be retaking my DATs and asked them if it was possible to make a note of that to hold my app until the new scores were in. Some schools agreed to make note and hold the app whereas others said there was nothing they could really do about it.
