Anybody recommend doing 8 QBank blocks at a time before taking the real thing. Something tells me this would just be a waste of time, and not make the real thing any easier to bare. Any thoughts?

I think that 400 questions at once is overkill. The most I accomplished in one sitting before the real thing was 200 questions and stamina didn't seem to be an issue on test day. This was mostly because I was used to studying for many hours a day on top of doing 100-200 questions. Plus on test day your adrenaline will surely kick in and keep you going through any fatigue. What I did was more than enough in terms of endurance prep, but everyone differs Hope this helps.

It's not the same...it's not worth it to do that...no point...b/c you get breaks and stuff during the real thing..and plus, use qbank as a learning tool. For me if I did even only 50 questions on the practice stuff, i'd forget about what the questions were asking and then have to reread stuff too much...wasting 400 questions like that isn't worth it...it would take forever to go over and all you do is stress yourself out cuz they retest concepts..and if you don't learn it on the first way through, you're gonna keep seeing it coming up over and over again..and you're gonna put the wrong (or right guess) over and over again...which I did on the boards...but let's not talk about that 😉

I did a couple of full length (e.g. 7 section) simulations on Qbank in an effort to build my stamina and practice for the real thing. I treated those days just like exam days. I thought it was helpful to know how tired I would be etc.

Just my perspective though.
