If I were to retake these classes do Ws get replaced? If I receive As in them will they question me about them? Should I bother retaking these classes? All Ws came in my first year of college (worked too much for my own good).

no it wont hurt you if you retake them. In the end, if you have a good gpa and mcat that's all that really matters ( and ec's of course)

8 W's don't look good. They will get replaced due to the grade forgiveness but I'm guessing that they will also raise some red flags.

From what Ive read..yes and no. some bring it up in interviews and others don't. I would just retake what you can and try not to drop anymore classes.
