9/1 aadsas mailing date any updates?

Hi! My application was mailed on 9/1. For those of you with the same mailing date have you heard anything yet?

Here is what I have received:


Schools: BU, Columbia
Notification: application received

Schools: Nova, UNLV
Notification: application complete

Schools: UMDNJ
Notification: payment request

Bah, I called AADSAS last week to ask if they sent my LOR's out and they said it was sent 9/1. Now I checked my AADSAS and I see that they have a mailing date of 9/14: Not Complete. Need to make a phone call tomorrow and see what that is about.

God dammit if it hasn't been sent out, my application won't be officially complete till 9/14. That's not even counting the time it takes for it to get to dental school and for the d-schools to process it. Nervous break down here I come. Why does it feel like my chances are getting worst?

i feel your pain man. i had to wait on aadsas to receive my transcript before i could submit my app. you'll be alright...you've got a solid dat, and you're not thaaat late.

Can you tell if AADSAS sent out the LOR's by just looking at the application status? On my Evaluations it says:
Status: Completed
Status Date: 8/20

Does the date indicate the that it was processed or the date it was sent out to dental schools? Just a little confused right now.

i assume you submitted your application before your LORs were completed?

i think completed means they were received and processed...maybe they wait for the next mailing date to send out the notice.

i submitted my app on 8/16 and it was mailed out 8/24, so would it be right to think that both the app and the LOR's were sent out at the same time?

yeah, sounds right to me....although with aadsas, one can never tell
