The short answer was to imply that it's very obvious you shouldn't retake.
But to clarify...and this is just my opinion...
Sorry that you missed perfection there with that PAT score, but hello RC 23? More schools prefer a higher RC than a high PAT score.
All sciences are 20+. Personally, I wouldn't have the confidence to get 20+ again on a retake for everything.
And lastly...the MONEY. Good lord. Just work on your GPA this next year, bumping your PAT from a 17 to a 20 isn't going to do much.
