The idea is to open a side mall called 15 minutes. You can go to the bank drive thru first to withdraw money, go right into the carwash, out into the drive thru pharmacy, and then spending whatever is left on my fast food joint.
It is so genius that I dont understand why nobody else has thought of it first.

mmmm... san the bank drive thru, we have a joint like that down the road. It's a gas station wine seller with a franchise BBQ joint with a car wash with a drive thru pharmacy. They own a buncha these in our area...is my understanding.

You have to have a drive up liquor store as well. They seem to be popular. Nothing says bad idea like being able to drive up to a window and get your mad dog 20/20.

I like where you are going here. Make it a complete one stop all drive through destination. Shoot you could have a fast food joint, dry cleaner, liquor store, pharmacy, bank and car wash. Not a bad idea.....

Now you don't have a have a pharmacist salary as a overhead and your profitability just went up.
