If the question says if a circle is circumscribed around a square, is the circle bigger or is the square bigger? 😛

If the circle is circumscribed around a square, then the circle is bigger ( circle outside, square inside).

It was supposed to be a quantitative reasoning, but they are turning it into reading comprehension 😛
