Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew which of the following schools have electronic secondaries, and which have actual paper ones which require snail mail. Also, if they are paper applications, do any of these schools have them available on their websites?

Des Moines University - Osteopathic Medical Center

Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine

Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Main Campus

Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine

Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Main Campus

University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine

West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine

Western University of Health Sciences / College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific

For applications already available online, is it alright to send those in prior to being told to do so via e-mail or by actually receiving the application in the mail? Is it alright to send LOR prior to this as well?

Now as far as AACOMAS is concerned, my designated schools list indicates that the primary application was mailed out on 8/27, which is a Sunday, so that confused me somewhat. But aside from that, does anyone know about how long it takes to hear back from schools after AACOMAS mails the primary application. Thanks.

It takes at least a month. However people who submitted in june they got verified within matter of days.

Oh, I did not mean how long until verified, but rather, I was wondering how long it usually takes to receive secondaries after AACOMAS mails the primary application to the schools.

I would appreciate help with all of the questions I have asked, but I think the one I would most like clarification on would be if it was alright to send LOR prior to receiving secondaries.
