A couple questions

I am in the process of applying to the big 4 Caribbean schools (SGU, Ross, AUC, SABA) and I had a few questions.

1. Do these schools accept letters of recommendation for Interfolio.

2. My only physician letter is from a DO, can I use this instead of a MD letter.

3. Can I send an extra letter besides the normal, doctor and 2 science professor letters. I have a letter from my boss at the hospital and was hoping to include it as a clinical letter.

thanks for the response, how would you suggest i submit my letters of recommendation. I am not in contact with any of my letter writers since i was using interfolio. I guess i am at a loss of how to get them to the school now?

When I was applying I asked Ross and SGU if they accepted interfolio and they told me that they did. That was as of April/May of this year. Try calling the schools and asking someone in the admissions dept.

As for AUC and Saba, I don't think they use interfolio.

Overall, I would speak to someone at each school and explain your situation, perhaps something can be arranged for you.

As for the extra letter, send it if you feel it will enhance your application. I got away with just sending one committee letter and was fine.

I just got emails back from SABA and AUC, they both accept Interfolio as well. Just thought I would let everyone know.

I would love to attend SGU, however at this point I can't be too choosy. I will be happy to go where ever I am accepted 🙂
