As I have been reading old threads, we seem to have recently lost the basic understanding of how lucky we are even to have an oppurtunity to enter dental school. Recently, it seems, people start threads and feel as though they are a sort of elitist towards the fellow students who are trying to get into dental school. It would be advisable to realize that perhaps someone may be more gifted at another at a particular thing, let's say a higher DAT score. But that does not make you a better person than someone with a lower score. Let's please try to help each other out, and realize that we have an oppurtunuity to acquire financial independence and at the same time help people out. Truly, a dream come true for many of us.

only wish if it was that simple for Mr. Fang to understand that point.
what bothers me is the level of maturity of some people that are applying. its ok to disagree with others and have better stats, but you still have to try to be somewhat mature when you start a debate.

hey, i am still very young.
and perhaps immature 😉
yet, i think it is better for him to "express" himself and learn the lesson now then after ds graduation.

Momowheels,

I agree completely. Very well said, this is going to be a long journey -- lets all help each other along the way.
