How long does it take to have my transcripts verified? One has been in almost a month and it still hasn't been 'verified'. Do I have to submit my application for it to be verified?

Can I submit with one of my LOR's missing?

By verified, do you mean having your GPA verified? If so, you would need to e-submit before AADSAS verifies your GPA. And yes, you can submit with one LOR missing, thats what I did and it turned out okay 🙂

Yes, you need to submit to be verified. Yes, you can submit with LORs missing, those can be uploaded at any time.
