A few application questions...

Hi SDN! Just a couple application questions...

1) For each experience, is the "title" like Mr., Ms., Dr., etc...?
2) If you did an activity like once a week for let's say a month, do you put "per diem" or something like part time?
3) Do we put shadowing under "Dental Experiences" in the "Experiences" section?

Thank you so much! So per diem would be for an experience that was for one day, correct?

Per diem is used for positions that you were paid for. A job that you were paid on daily basis.
