Could you guys help me out here.

Basically my first question is how would i go about writing the genetics code for a polypeptide using only one letter? would it be like M-E-N-D-E-L-S-P-E-A-S or would it be MENDELSPEAS ?

Also does anyknow here know whether a tRNA(met) is still be considered charged when it is attached to the Met amino acid and when it's located into a ribosome?

To write the sequence of polypeptides you need to use the one letter code for amino acids. The sequence do not have any spacing between them as MENDELSPEAS.

tRN are charged whenever the amino acid is still attached to it including when it's bound to the ribosome. It is uncharged immediately after leaving the ribosome.
